Ingredients
- 1 can organic chickpeas
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- 1/4 onion
- extra-virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and smoked paprika to taste
- fresh parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme to taste
- 1 tsp white wine

Instructions
- Chop all the vegetables very finely and prepare a basic soffritto
- Drain the chickpeas, and then mash them with a fork
- Add the soffritto to the mashed chickpeas, season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika and add the finely chopped fresh herbs
- Form the patties and cook them in a non-stick skillet with extra-virgin olive oil until nice and golden on both sides.
- Enjoy warm or cold.
