Ingredients
- 100 gr all-purpose flour
- 150 gr almond flour
- 30 gr potato starch
- 30 gr baking cocoa powder raw, unsweetened
- 70-75 gr granulated sugar I like these not too sweet, but you can add sugar or dust them with powdered sugar
- 75 ml almond oil
- 60-65 ml unsweetened almond milk you may have to add a tiny bit more or less; watch the video for tips
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder I use Pane Angeli, from Bella Italia Food Store
- almond extract to taste (I like to taste it)
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips optional

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
- Add the oil and the almond milk.
- For six big patties (or 8 smaller ones) and then press down with a fork to shape them (watch video).
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and 425F and remember we want these slightly undercooked like brownies. Buon appetito!
