Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 4 red potatoes
- 3 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp rosemary minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme minced
- 1 tsp fresh chives minced
- 1 tsp Italian parsley minced
- 1 clove garlic whole
- 2 leaves sage minced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Peel potatoes and sweet potatoes and cut them in 1-inch stripes (like homemade fries). When you have cut all the potatoes place them on an oven baking pan covered with parchment paper.
- On a cutting board, finely mince all the aromatic herbs. Set aside.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes (according to the oven).
- When ready, transfer to a serving plate and enjoy while watching your favorite ball game!
