  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Peel potatoes and sweet potatoes and cut them in 1-inch stripes (like homemade fries). When you have cut all the potatoes place them on an oven baking pan covered with parchment paper.
  3. On a cutting board, finely mince all the aromatic herbs. Set aside.
  4. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper, then add the herbs and garlic, and last, generously drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes (according to the oven).
  6. When ready, transfer to a serving plate and enjoy while watching your favorite ball game!
