Ingredients
- 230 gr pastry flour
- 50 gr coconut flour
- 70 gr unsweetened coconut flakes
- 80 gr sugar
- 2 oranges zest only
- 3 tangerines juice and zest
- 15 gr buckwheat flour
- 2 Eggs room temperature
- 80 ml sunflower oil
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract and baking powder My favorite baking powder is Pane Angeli
- 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 425F
- mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
- add zest, and juice, eggs and oil
- with your hands, form medium sized balls of dough.
- pace on baking sheet and press with a fork to form patties. Watch video for tips and how to.
- bake for 12-15 minutes
