Ingredients
- 320 gr bucatini
- 10 olives possibly good Italian olives
- 2 tbsp Capers adjust to taste and watch video for tips
- 1 cup Tomato sauce link to my tomato sauce in the notes, below
- salt, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic to taste
- 1 tsp fennel seed optional

Instructions
- Finely chop capers and olives.
- In a skillet, with extra-virgin olive oil, sauté tomato sauce for a few minutes, then add the fennel seed, the capers and the olives.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
- Drain pasta and add to the sauce.
- Sauté for a few minutes and (optional) add chili flakes and/or anchovies.
