Bucatini with Tomato sauce and Capers
This is a sexy dish! It's one of my favorite pasta, and it's mostly prepared with pantry items most of us always have at home. It's quick, easy, and it will make your guests come for more.

Instructions
  1. Finely chop capers and olives.
  2. In a skillet, with extra-virgin olive oil, sauté tomato sauce for a few minutes, then add the fennel seed, the capers and the olives.
  3. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
  4. Drain pasta and add to the sauce.
  5. Sauté for a few minutes and (optional) add chili flakes and/or anchovies.
