Farfalle Pasta with Tuna, Dill, and Cherry Tomatoes

This delicious pasta dish is a Mediterranean journey with no return. Tuna, olives, capers, and cherry tomatoes will make of your quick dinner a moment you don't want to end.   1. In a large and pretty serving bowl, mix the tuna with the olive oil, and with a fork break it, until it crumbles.
  2. Coarsely chop the tomatoes and add to the tuna. Coarsely chop olives and capers and add as well. Now add fresh dill, and more olive oil, if necessary. Allow the tuna to soften, and all this Mediterranean flavors to beautifully come together.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling and salted water. Pour some of the cooking water (1/4 cup) to the tuna mix.
  4. When al dente, (11-12) minutes, drain the pasta and stir into the tuna mix.
  5. Top pasta with some fresh dill. Buon appetito!
