Partnering with local Hollywood Farmers Market/ Food Access L.A. vendors, farmers and producers around the nation, every culinary box will bring to your home my favorite culinary goods whilst supporting small and local businesses.

The Holiday Box includes:
Pomegranade Infused Balsamic Vinegar , crafted from 80% Trebbiano and 20% Lambrusco grapes, aged 18 years in wood barrels. Made in Modena, Italy under the strict regulation of the Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale, this dark balsamic vinegar is lusciously rich and sweet, with the depth of flavor that only comes from a true balsamic vinegar. The infused pomegranate flavors give it bright and bold notes up front, with a sweet and fruity finish.
18-Century Steel Cut Oats by Anson Mills Fresh and loaded with natural oils, Anson Mills new crop oats are so moist they must first be toasted in order to be hulled. Besides reducing cooking time, toasting produces a burst of spicy caramel alongside a light, clean backdrop of fresh oat flavor. Organic Rooibos Red Tea Chai by Vices and Spices This magical red tea made from a sweet, aromatic shrub, rich in antioxidants, spiced with orange peel, red peppercorns, cumin seed, and cinnamon bark. (certified organic and naturally caffeine free)
Chaparral Honey by David Nunez and Lily’s Farm. Chaparral honey is a unique variety made with California lilac, sage brush and native shrubs that only grow after a brush fire.
Winter Spice and Apple Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe Card: Catherine, my daughter, doesn’t like eggs. So one morning, wanting to give her eggs in some shape or form, I created these beautiful pancakes using some leftover oatmeal I had, made with the Anson Mills hand-milled oats in the box. Not only this is a fun way to use leftovers of oatmeal we often keep in the fridge, but it also creates a perfectly balanced and delicious breakfast that keeps great in the fridge and freezes beautifully.
