On January 24th we will be making Carnival Bugie (sweet “fritters”) with zabaione custard.
On February 21st, we will be making flan (choice of either spinach or pumpkin), and fondue
Want to cook with me and with a wonderful group of new friends? Want to keep the recording of our interactive class with you forever? Now you can do it, once a month, on Zoom.
Classes never have more than 15 students. You will have access to the grocery list and tool list the week before class, as well as to a password protected private link to access class.
Every 1 1/2 hour, you will learn a new recipe, directly from you own kitchen, but live with me and a group of amazing people that have been part of my Instagram community for more than three years.
The day after class, you will receive a link to access class anytime afterwards, or in case you have missed it.
You’ll be able to ask questions as if we were in person, and you’ll be also able to share your kitchen and dish with us, make new friends and have access to follow up and help before, during and after class.

2 classes= $60
