Summer Galette Filling

  1. Chop the nectarines and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. taste for sugar level and set aside;
  3. take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out;
  4. delicately move to a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop the filling onto the dough;
  5. fold the edges and inch them with your fingers to seal the pie;
  6. bush with an egg wash (video) and sprinkle with brown sugar;
  7. bake for 35-40 minutes until the filling is bubbly and the crust nice and golden brown.
