Strawberry and Rosemary Agua Fresca
Agua fresca is a refreshing, sweet treat for an energetic summer drink. I like it by the pool, as an aperitif when I have guests for dinner, or when I wash the dishes to make it more colorful and fun.

Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine strawberries, 2 cups of water, lime juice, its zest, sugar and the chopped rosemary.
  2. Blend until completely liquid, and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to allow rosemary to steep and release its earthy and aromatic essence.
  3. Strain puree into a pitcher and add the remaining water.
  4. Stir and taste, adding more sugar if needed. I like my agua fresca a little thicker and not too sweet, especially if fruit is ripe and juicy; so I tend to be light on both sugar and water.
  5. Serve with ice. Keep your drink refrigerate for up to 2 days.
