Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cans of tuna in olive oil drained
- 16 cherry or grape tomatoes coarsely chopped
- 5 tablespoons of fresh dill more if you like
- 6 tablespoons of capers drained and finely chopped
- 10 Green olives coarsely chopped
- Sea salt black pepper
- 1 pound caserecce pasta or your favorite short pasta

Instructions
- In a large and pretty serving bowl, mix the tuna with the olive oil, and with a fork break it, until it crumbles.
- Coarsely chop the tomatoes and add to the tuna. Coarsely chop olives and capers and add as well. Now add fresh dill, and more olive oil, if necessary. Allow the tuna to soften, and all this Mediterranean flavors to beautifully come together.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling and salted water. Pour some of the cooking water (1/4 cup) to the tuna mix.
- When al dente, (11-12) minutes, drain the pasta and stir into the tuna mix.
- Top pasta with some fresh dill. Buon appetito!
