Ingredients
- 150 gr Scottish smoked salmon
- 1 pack cream cheese
- 1 Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 1 tsp fresh chives
- 1 tsp Fresh dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 asparagus
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 cup mixed olives
- 2 cups mixed taralli
- 1/4 cup black olive tapenade
- 12 mozzarella cigliegina
- Pane carasau to taste Find it Eataly.com
- 4 bottles Crodino www.bellaitaliastore.com

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese.
- Add the fresh herbs, the chopped capers, the zest of one lemon and salt and pepper.
- Take one piece of salmon, scoop some cream cheese filling in it and roll it over to form a salmon roll (watch video). Continue until you have formed enough salmon rolls for four.
- Serve immediately with the rest of the aperitif.
