When you are tired of the same old TV snack, try these gourmet popcorn. Heirloom corn, cinnamon, rosemary, brown sugar and sea salt. You won't go back to the old pops!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 4-5 tbsp organic heirloom popcorn
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp rosemary minced

Instructions
- On a cutting board, mince the rosemary.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon, brown sugar and salt. (Quantities may vary according to your taste. Have fun with this)!
- Add minced rosemary and set aside.
- Pour olive oil in a medium stock pot, and uniformly add the corn so that it covers the entire bottom. Cover the pot.
- At medium heat, allow oil and corn to get warm, carefully shaking the pot from time to time, to prevent from burning. Keep the pot covered.
- Let the corn pop in the covered pot, and only turn off the heat when interval between pops is more than 2 seconds.
Recipe Notes
Ingredients can be modified to taste. Feel free to add more sugar, if you have a sweet tooth, or to incorporate more cinnamon if you feel wintry and Christmasy. Popcorn are fun to personalize and make yours!
