Agua fresca is a refreshing, sweet treat for an energetic summer drink. I like it by the pool, as an aperitif when I have guests for dinner, or when I wash the dishes to make it more colorful and fun.

Ingredients
- 2 medium English cucumbers
- 4 limes
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup turbinado sugar
- 1 cup cold water

Instructions
- In a blender, chop the cucumbers and then add lime juice, cane sugar, mint leaves and water.
- Purée the green aromatic mix, and through a strainer pour into a pitcher half-filled with ice cubes.
- If you have a sweet tooth you can add more sugar, of course.
- Decorate your serving glasses with fresh mint and a slice of lime. Now relax, and enjoy chilled.
