* If you don't have flavored goat cheese, make your own by adding finely chopped thyme, dill, rosemary and lemon zest to a plan kind. Whip it and spread it on your toast.
* I sliced (1/2-inch) and deseeded my delicate squash, then baked it for 30 minutes at 425 F with extra-virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and a light sprinkle of dill and cinnamon.
