American Flag Pizza
You cause your favorite pizza dough here. For this episode I have used a flatbread recipe by Tal Ronnen.

  1. Rinse and sauté the spinach in butter. Salt to taste and chop finely.
  2. Roll the dough on a baking sheet (I used silicon parchment paper) and compose the flag arranging the ingredients. Watch video for tips, curious ideas, and the story of my becoming an American citizen.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minute at 450F
